Zen Hospice Project's Open Death Conversation: A Daylong Immersion
Saturday, October 29, 2016
At Zen Hospice Project, we trust in the value in contemplating one’s own death, as a way of embracing life fully. The Open Death Conversation Daylong Immersion is an opportunity for participants to explore their relationship to death in general, and their own mortality in particular. This daylong forum is designed for persons seeking to investigate their physical, emotional and rational responses to the reality of death.
Trained facilitators will lead participants through experiential activities, guided contemplations, writing exercises, group sharing and meditation.
We offer friendly atmosphere, comfortable seating and light refreshments. Drawing inspiration from the thousands of heartfelt conversations that Zen Hospice Project has had over the years of caring for dying persons and their families, we invite you to join us.
The cost of admission is $150 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a reduced fee.
